Personal Project, Flutter + Serverpod Developer

Personal CMS-CRM and commerce ecosystem in active development, spanning admin, customer, and POS apps on a Serverpod backend.

Overview

Multi-app Flutter workspace for a business operations platform: web-first admin dashboard, customer-facing app, POS terminal, generated Serverpod client, shared core packages, and an internal client-management CMS.

The project is still under active development and focuses on real operational workflows across products, categories, collections, orders, customers, users, stores, inventory, payments, discounts, delivery, analytics, tasks, chats, and content management.

Highlights

Serverpod 3.x backend with typed endpoints, generated Dart client, PostgreSQL migrations, Redis-backed local infrastructure, and Docker-based dev setup
Admin app built around Cubit/BLoC state, repositories, Injectable/GetIt DI, shadcn_flutter UI, and a structured navigation shell for commerce, CRM, inventory, analytics, and settings modules
Dedicated POS and customer apps with checkout, cart, product, order, profile, payment, shift, refund, inventory, and reporting flows
